The service

Caregiver Reports AI helps caregivers record visits and generate care documentation. It is a documentation tool and does not provide medical advice.

Plans and billing

New accounts get a 15-day Pro trial, then continue on the Free plan. Pro individual (US$19.99/month or US$199/year) and Agency (US$59.99/month or US$599/year, up to 5 caregivers and 1 supervisor; extra caregivers US$9.99/month or US$99/year each) are billed through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time. Yearly plans are charged in a single payment. Family read-only access is free. If payment stops, you keep access to your account but Pro features such as downloads are restricted.

Keep your login secure, enter information you are authorized to record, and review AI-generated text before sharing it.
