Account details (name, email), and the care information you enter: patients, visits, vitals, notes, incidents and reminders. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: storing your records, generating AI summaries and reports, sending account emails, and managing your subscription. We never sell your data.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted so each account can only see its own records.

Your rights

You can view, export or delete your data at any time. To request deletion of your account, email info@caregivereports.com.
